  3. For Ghee Roti👉 I have taken 1 cup of wheat flour and added a tsp of Ajwain and some salt. Now add 3-4 tbsp of ghee and knead the dough. Sprinkle water and knead to a stiff and smooth dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes and then make small portion. Roll into circle,apply ghee again, fold and roll into parathas. You can also make like laccha parathas. Done!
