  6. Lastly, once the pastry is cooked, spread the syrup and garnish with the remaining nuts

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla, add the chopped walnuts and mix well. Divide the puff pastry into two rectangles. Place the mixture in the center of each rectangle and roll it up.
