- Mix soaked strained poha and chopped veggies in a mixing bowl
- Mash boiled potatoes and add to above mix
- Add salt to taste and about 1tsp of red chilli powder, 1 1/2 tsp of chat masala, 1 tsp garam masala. Crumble and mix it well. Now, roll out balls with 1 cheese cube dunked in centre.
- Grease appam patra and add balls to it, cover with lid and allow to slow roast for 15-20 mins rotating balls in between.
