- Roti is ready to cook..Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame.place the roti on tawa.cook it for 2 to4 seconds,flip it.Now cook the other side properly.Temove the half cooked roti from the tawa and place it directly on gas stove flame.Remove it carefully.Roti is ready,take out in a plate and enjoy with toor dal.
