  2. For chasni: Take a pan, add sugar, water and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Add vinegar. Mix well.
  3. Take a bowl, add milk powder, maida, baking soda.
  4. Mix well. Add little milk at a time near about 3 tbsp milk. Just combine. The dough should be sticky.
  5. Rest for 5 mins. Grease the palm with ghee and make a small balls. Ready to fry.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai. The oil should be mild hot. Put the small balls one by one in oil. Flip it gently and fry till golden brown on low to medium flame.
  7. Take them out in a napkins. Dip in sugar syrup. Cook for 3 mins. Turn the flame off and soaked for one hour. Ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
