- Take a deep bowl put heavy cream in it whipp it with help of electric beater on full speed for 5 mins.
- Cut sponge into 2 healves moist it with sugar syrup.spread whipped cream evenliy.place 2nd healves of sponge spread whipped cream top and side of cake.
- Put cooked pienapple on top of the cake.cut it into 8-12 piecess.keep it in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
