- Prepare 1 packet biscuits
- Get 1 packet eno
- Get 1 cup milk
- Prepare as needed Whipped cream
- Take 1 tbsp Choco chips
- Get 1 tbsp oil
I had a butterscotch pastry, was good. They had this called hot dog, what they called, but it is just a bun. Traditional Black Forest Cake Three layers of light chocolate sponge moistened with Real Kirsch liqueur. Cut the cake vertically into three as shown below in the image.

- In a bowl add biscuit and break into pieces.add into a grinding jar and make fine powder.
- Transfer into a bowl.add milk and eno gradually and prepare batter.prepare ribbon consistency batter.
- Take a sauce pan.add oil and grease pan.place a butter paper and grease with oil.take any old tawa.heat tawa on low medium flame for 5 min.
- Transfer batter into the greased pan.place the pan on tawa on low flame.close lid and bake for 15 min. On low flame.check after 15 min.check with knife.if clean it's cooked perfectly.transfer cake onto a plate.remove butter paper.cut into square shape.divide cake into 2 parts.take one part of cake.spread whipped cream as one layer.add choco chips.
- Place the second layer cake on top.spread whipped cream as second layer.cover with whipped cream on end.cut into pieces.garnish with choco chips and chocolate.black forest pastry is ready.

Take leftover chocolate frosting in a piping bag and decorate the pastry pieces with flower etc. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour to set the cream.
