- Mix flour,butter,and salt to form a dough,put the dough in the fridge for at least 15mins
- Saute the onions,add the bonnet pepper and the cooked(well seasoned) shredded chicken and keep stiring until the chicken changes to a pale brown color,turn off the heat and add in your grated cheese(you can choose to add the cheese while layering the sheets.
- Now get your dough,cut it into balls(taking your pan size into consideration) and roll it very flat,then grease your pan and put the rolled dough,followed by the fillings then another dough, continue in this order then put grated cheese on the top most sheet and bake until golden brown

Bake the Pastry Layers On a lightly floured surface, gently roll out the puff pastry dough into an elongated rectangle, the thickness of a thin piece of cardboard. With a sharp knife, cut the dough into three equally sized pieces. Transfer the dough to a baking pan (or pans) lined with parchment paper and pierce the dough all over with a fork.
