  3. Take a deep vessel put chopped pineapple add 1 cup of water let it boil for about 5-6 mins until cooked.put sugar 1/3 cup and 1 tsp of essence cook more for 5 mins till syrup turn thick.
  4. Take a deep bowl put heavy cream in it whipp it with help of electric beater on full speed for 5 mins.
  5. Cut sponge into 2 healves moist it with sugar syrup.spread whipped cream evenliy.place 2nd healves of sponge spread whipped cream top and side of cake.
  6. Put cooked pienapple on top of the cake.cut it into 8-12 piecess.keep it in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
