- For the 3rd layer. Add 1 Tsp Eno to the Green Batter and pour over the previous semi cooked layers. Repeat the cooking process as above two layers.
- For Final layer. Add 1 Tsp Eno to white batter and pour it over the green layer. Cook on Hi in Microwave for 5 minutes till it's completely cooked. Test it with a toothpick or knife.
- Let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Unmold the rainbow dhokla.
- Temper it with Mustard, Sesame, Curry Leaves, Green Chillies. Cut them in pieces. Rainbow Dhokla is ready to serve.
